Long-Term Coaching: (3 months – entire career)
Some Olympic athletes train 20 years to compete for 20 seconds. They make things look easy. Sometimes, individuals and organizations need a longer-term game plan to Achieve Desired Results. It is not just fresh, outside perspective, but sustained effort over time and repetitive practice to get there. Consider how many years it takes (20) to become an overnight sensation!
Consider the individual who has been coached off and on by Brent for over 20 years during which time he grew from an entry-level salesperson to a sales manager to a sales leader over 5 divisions of an organization to becoming the president of an award-winning industry leader.
